IKEA
The trip to IKEA was fun. I didn’t really get very much, but I’m satisfied. I got Parker two new stuffed animals, a really cool dragon, and a little bat. I also bought 10 small stuffed animals to take to the orphanage with me for the other kids. I got a couple of floating shelves, some little sushi dishes, a shoe organizer for myself, a big wooden cutting board, and a mirror to hang. It sounds like even less now than it did yesterday. I didn’t get any under-bed storage containers which I really wanted, but there wasn’t room. That’s what happens when you go to IKEA in one vehicle with 6 people total. It was my cousin’s Pacifica, so it was comfy for all of us, but didn’t leave much room for stuff. We went to Buca Di Bepo for dinner, which was yummy. I may go back once Parker is home.
Today, I’ll hang the shelves in Parker’s room, and I’ve got a bunch of laundry to do, as well.
