Leaving on a jet plane…
That’s a great song! Even better because it applies to me, today!
I am leaving for Vietnam today. I will arrive there Friday morning (Thursday night Cleveland time). Friday night I will be staying at the REX in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). On Saturday I fly 45 minutes north to Danang where I will get to visit my son at his orphanage which is about an hour west of Danang, in Quang Nam province. Then, on Monday is our G & R ceremony, this is when Parker An is officially my son according to Vietnamese law.
Thanks to everyone who has sent well wishes! I will be updating my blog as often as possible.
