Days of The Dragon

Four Days of Family

Our fourth day together comes to an end! Parker is sleeping soundly in his crib, has been for about 30 minutes. He’ll probably get up around 9 for a small bottle, and then sleep till 6 or 6:30.

We had our first CIS interview on Wednesday, and a quick medical exam for the visa. Today, we explored Saigon and did a little shopping. It’s a very vibrant city, and seems to never end. I went through a large market with seafood, meat, and vegetables today. For dinner, I bought half a roasted piglet and picked off enough from that for dinner. It was very tasty. Tomorrow, I’m going to head to the Diamond Center, I think and do a little shopping there.

Parker is wonderful. He has his moments, but overall is a great little boy. He likes to sing with me, especially to “The Ants Go Marching”. He always will sing along with that song. I think he may be starting to teeth a bit, too…he’s wanting to chew on everything.
