Concerning Women
In July Vietnam instituted a law that says women now have equal financial and property rights inside of their marriage. Until this time, men had all say and if a husband died his property and money did not necessarily go to his widow.
I had a couple of other woman-related items, but they seem to have completely left my mind at the moment.
