Lien hath tagged me, and I didn’t even realize it!

1) I have owned 5 cars in my life. They are, in order, Dodge Daytona, Nissan Altima, Infiniti G35 sedan, Infiniti G35 coupe, Honda Pilot. Not sure if that qualifies as something about myself, but it does kind of act as a commentary on my life. The crappy Dodge was hand-me-down from my dad, the Altima was my first new car, the Infinitis were fun and fast and stylish, the Honda is great for my family.

2) For my entire life green has been my favorite color. Then, sometime in my late 20s blue suddenly became my favorite color. I have no idea how or why that changed.Â

3) I am obsessed with the biological sciences. I find it perfectly acceptable, and even enjoyable to sit down and read scientific journals or textbooks on microbiology, genetics, etc.

4) I don’t like winter. I understand from a scientific perspective that winter is necessary. I understand that some people find the snow beautiful. I understand that some people are perfectly happy to wear 5 layers of clothing and shovel driveways. I, however, am NOT one of those people. I would be very happy if it snowed one time in November or December, and then promptly heated back up to at least the 60 degree mark. I am already very ready for spring to come!

5) I hate shaving and often go 2 or 3 days without shaving, usually until it starts looking scruffy.

6) Bananas are my favorite fruit. Chicken is my favorite “meat”.

7) I do not really like cats very much. A creature that scratches around in a mixture of sand and its own poop should not get on your countertop or walk on you or be aloud in your house.

I love going to the park and walking with Parker.
