As expected, the US government released a statement on adoptions from Viet Nam. Not really anything new, simply a “warning” that the MOU expires in September and that while we all would like for it to be renewed, there is no guarantee that will happen.

Vietnam Airlines is a little closer to implementing flights from LA to Saigon.
Every flight I had on Vietnam Airlines was great – never late, really good service, clean, newer planes, etc.
