This is the game of Sepak-Takraw, kind of like Volleyball with your feet – it originates from SE Asia. They had a tournament at the Asian Festival on memorial day weekend.

I put his toy chest under the window and the step stool next to it b/c he likes to climb up and talk out the window. This is him teaching himself the walk down like an adult.
