Whoa! I’ve been awarded two smile awards, from Sarah and Sherri. Thanks, ladies! And, just as I am preparing a post entitled, “This post will offend you!”…seriously! I think maybe I’ll delay that post a bit, especially since it’s only about half done 
I know there are all these rules about posting a smile award, but I firmly believe in challenging authority whenever possible, so I’m going to change up the smile award just a bit. I’m going to choose four organizations that make the world smile! Here they are:
These are all great organizations that work primarily to improve the health and lives of those in desperate situations. They all perform dental and cleft lip/palate restorations!
