Condolences to Obama and his family. Win or lose, too bad she couldn’t hold on for one more day. Hopefully she died knowing in her mind she had helped raise the next President of the USA!
My official guess for the election:
Obama: 338
McCain: 200
As is always the case, the miniscule town of Dixville Notch, NH, votes first in the 2008 election:
Obama: 15
McCain: 6
As you can see from the previous elections this isn’t a Democratic stronghold…if this turns out to be a sign of the overall results I may need to revise my guess up quite a bit.

Ooh – I saw the Dixville results last night, but not how the previous elections had gone – that excites the daylights out of me! I hate to even hazard a guess on the split tonight, it makes me too nervous. Not matter how much it’s looking like a potential landslide, I won’t let myself believe it until I start to see the actual results tonight. I can’t hardly stand it!
