Mi Quang
Mì Quảng – this is a dish from the central province of Quảng Nam, Viet Nam. Parker An is from a town in Quế Sơn, Quảng Nam and so I’d like to find a recipe and instructions to make this dish. My tutor told me a little bit about it, but she hadn’t actually ever eaten it so she couldn’t tell me all I wanted to know. I did a little online searching and found some pictures, and found this video and this video, the dish is even listed as one to try on Wandering Chopsticks’ site(#76).
So, does anyone out there have a complete recipe in English? I’m going to see if I can find mì quảng noodles next time I go to our Vietnamese grocery.
